Become a Vendor

Loma Linda School of Dentistry is a Christian institution that prides itself on maintaining above average standards of ethics, professionalism and humanitarian pursuits. In keeping with that tradition, we strive to expose our students to educational and clinical sessions that will enhance their experience and provide them an advantage over their colleagues across the nation. ASDA believes it is our duty to inform students of every aspect of modern dentistry from practice management and debt consolidation, to corporate models. It should be clearly understood that Loma Linda University ASDA takes no position of endorsement or condemnation towards any vendor. Our goal is simply to evaluate the ability to improve the knowledge of our student body without violating the standards set forth by this university. Below are the minimal requirements used to assess compliance with these standards.

Loma Linda University ASDA recognizes that presentations can provide useful educational material for students, faculty, and staff. Therefore, guidelines must be implemented for programs held at the university.

Any vendor interested in making a presentation must complete the electronic application below. The presentation should comply with the academic mission of Loma Linda University and not simply a platform to introduce a product to prospective consumers.

The presentations for Lunch ‘n Learn events includes one hour of time with Loma Linda University School or Dentistry students during which the vendor will be free to educate the students on their products and/or services that are available to them. The hour will start at 12 p.m. and should end by 12:50 p.m. promptly. If any faculty, students, or staff has a financial interest or serves as a consultant to the company that is being represented, that relation needs to be disclosed prior to the presentation. Any promotional materials and product samples must have an educational value. There can be no inherent expectation in return for such support.

For any additional questions or concerns, please contact Stephanie Sayegh at ssayegh@llu.edu. We look forward to working with you.

Sincerely, Loma Linda University ASDA
